I m a certified coach through the support of Coach Mel  and Collins.

The best part of the coaching is that I'm able to apply it on day to day interaction with family, friends and colleagues since I have realized that the principlee of coaching are very useful as we engage.

The key principle I apply is to listen attentively. This i have noted most of the people need a listening ear. In most of the time people have solutions to their situation.

My mantra: coach through listening, listening, listening.

Coach Mel and his team from Catalyst Global Coaching demystified coaching for me and going through their training was a life changer. Coaching is a life skill and the practical approach that they lead by coaching you, practically teach you how to coach your classmates, your team, your friends opens you to a new realm of coaching as a super power. It was by sheer chance that I was introduced  to this program… and I felt I had gotten more than what I signed up for . The course fully exceeded my expectations .

There have been new learnings and knowledge every lesson and I love that . I find myself improved and upgraded .

my relationship with my kids and spouse also improved built upon the qualities i acquired and boldly employ in our conversations . I feel that these skills acquired will go a long way to benefit me and for a long time . There was feelings of new found confidence.

Kudos to the ccc coaches who unselfishly share their knowledge and experiences and also created a space where the students were encouraged to share freely .

It has been a wonderful journey of learning and practicing coaching with catalyst. Materials are relevant  and there are recorded session for own pace learning. Most importantly the trainers are genuinely there to share their vast experience to help to make learning fruitful especially Coach Mel who has been so selflessly sharing his experience and wisdom. As an icing on the cake, I am really fortunate to have a group of like minded individuals who may come from different country but all have a common goal in wanting to make someone's life better including ourselves. The friendship and network forged in this training is priceless. Catalyst has definitely has helped me joined my dots  from my years in teaching and gave me another new perspective in guiding our young. I would definitely choose Catalyst if i have to make the choice again.

As someone who has battled imposter syndrome, Catalyst Coaching Course was an absolute game-changer for me. One of the standout features of this course was the personalized approach taken by the master coaches. The live group coaching sessions were a safe space where I could openly discuss my struggles and receive guidance from both the coaches and fellow coachee (now are Coaches).

The journey helping me reframe negative thought patterns and explore possibilities from positive perspectives. The one-on-one coaching sessions were a true turning point, as I began to realize the underlying beliefs that fueled my imposter feelings.

Initially, my goal was simply to learn about coaching and gain practical skills. However, this course exceeded all my expectations and took me on an extraordinary voyage of self-exploration, growth, and introspection.
