Dr. Ken is the Founder of GlobalKnox, a leading training and consultancy company and a Certified Transformation Coach. He has over 20 years of experience working alongside influential corporations in Malaysia in coaching change management and talent development, and helping organizations steer through critical junctures in their growth and transformation. He is also the current President of ICF Malaysia.

Colin has more than 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience where he coached teams across different countries. He collaborates with his clients to achieve transformational shifts in their thinking and breakthrough insights through deep reflective coaching process. He partners them to navigate past their mental models to gain greater clarity of their leadership styles and spheres of influence. Colin prides himself on having a relational, positive and highly evocative coaching style that engages his clients.

Sanjiv is a seasoned professional in learning and development. He is passionate about coaching individuals and teams across various industries to help them unearth their potential. Sanjiv’s deeply reflective and compassionate approach creates a safe space for his clients to explore options and realistic actions in overcoming challenges. He uses his strengths in communication, storytelling and facilitation to support his clients’ coaching journey. His motto is, “Empathize, Encourage, Empower.”

Sarita is passionate in leadership development and coaching and is also a Certified Team Coach. She has close to 2 decades of diverse leadership experience that supports leaders and teams in catalyzing their growth. Sarita brings warmth, wisdom and compassion to her client engagements and enables them to reach their leadership potential with more ease, speed and joy. She is praised for her practical approach in eliciting measurable results.

Joan is a Project Lead Trainer and Coach who supports project leads with knowledge to effectively manage and lead projects. With more than 25 years of exposure in Global HR, IT and Operations, Joan uses transformational approaches to develop project leaders to eventually take on strategic positions with the ability to coach. As a result, these leaders can help their teams achieve their full potential and drive organizational success through
trust building, employee engagement, continuous learning and innovation.

Nancy has over 15 years of experience in IT roles at various leadership positions and is now working in the Talent Development area. She is also a Coach who focuses on helping introverts communicate assertively with confidence and build a strong social network. She is the proud author of “The Nine Secrets of a Social and Confident Introvert” and is on a mission to empower 10,000 people with the confidence, competence and courage to create the life they desire.

Louise has 30 years of leadership experience in the retail industry where she works with leaders to create environments where people excel and businesses thrive. She is a self-leadership coach, a workplace mediator and a leadership, conflict management and emotional intelligence trainer. Louise uses coaching to inspire change in the way leaders perceive conflict, so they can change the way they manage it. This will enable them to create the life and the results they want, personally and professionally.
